I am a returning Pre-College string or percussion applicant so I am not required to submit an audition recording. However I am having trouble submitting my application without one. What do I do?

ArtsApp may require that some form of Media be attached in order to submit your application. If this happens to you, simply attach a blank Word document or a picture to your application - a small file of any sort. It will not be used while reviewing your application.

I submitted my application fee but was unable to finish my application at the same time. Do I need to resubmit the application fee?

No! Once you have submitted the application fee payment you will receive a separate email. This email confirms that your payment was received, and you can continue to complete the application at your leisure.

You do, however, need to include the name on the Credit Card used to pay the application fee. This is for verification purposes.

I just refreshed my browser and it appears that all of my information was lost. Is there any way to get it back?

Unfortunately no. We recommend that you copy your answers in a separate document while completing the application in case any information is lost.
